Q: Does the Happy Changer™ come in different sizes?
A: The Happy Changer™ comes in just one size that fits most babies 0 – 24 months old.
Q: Does the Happy Changer™ work with any changing table?
A: The Happy Changer™ requires a stiff-backed changing pad and works well with all 16” contoured changing pads on any stable surface. Different sized pads may also be used, but only if the pad has a stiff backing and the Happy Changer™ fits snuggly around the pad. We always recommend that the pad is secured to the wall or changing surface per the manufacturer’s instructions if it is used on an elevated surface.
Q: How do I care for the Happy Changer™?
A: All Happy Changers are machine washable and dryable.
Q: Can the Happy Changer™ be used in a crib or for sleeping?
A: No, the Happy Changer™ should never be used in a crib or for sleeping. It is intended only as an aid during diaper changes. A baby should never be left unattended on the changing table, even if he/she is secured in the Happy Changer™.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We want you to love the Happy Changer™. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the Happy Changer™, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be made within 15 days of purchase on new, unused products only. All refunds will be credited to the credit card or Paypal account used in the original purchase. We will make every effort to credit returns within 1-2 weeks of receipt of merchandise. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for your financial institution to process and post your credit.
If you are purchasing the Happy Changer™as a gift for an expectant parent, please send us an email referencing your order number, and we will make a note that it was a gift order. We will allow an additional 30 days (45 days from the date of purchase) for the recipient to initiate an exchange. As with all exchanges, product must be in new, unused condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS so that you can track and insure your package as Hulabye™ is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase for returns and within 15 days of purchase for exchanges. Include your contact information (name, address, phone and email) and your original order number. Please indicate in the subject line of the email your specific request, i.e., “return” or “exchange.” Hulabye™ wants to provide you with the highest quality and value in our products. In order to help us do so, please indicate the reason for your return in your email.
Q: Can you ship my order as a gift?
A: We are happy to ship your order to someone as a gift. Be sure to uncheck the box for shipping that says “Same as Billing” and fill in the recipient’s information in the shipping fields. You can also include a short gift message, which will be handwritten on a notecard.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 2-3 days.
